Combine eggnog and ice cream in punch bowl. Slowly add 7-Up. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Makes about 16 (4 ounce) servings.

1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
2 c. (16 oz. total) 7-Up, chilled
