broccoli, cut into florets water butter onion, diced garlic, minced flour chicken stock or milk salt freshly ground pepper dried thyme ground nutmeg jar (4 ounces size) roasted red peppers, drained and diced skinless chicken breast halves, cooked and shredded sheet prepared puff pastry, thawed if necessary egg wash for glazing
