If you have a Trader Joe's in your area, a three-pack of premade pizza dough will run you all of five dollars, for which you almost can't make it. Otherwise, some afternoon when you have time, make a double or triple batch of pizza dough and then freeze it in individual portions for when you next need it. This pizza is excellent with grilled chicken substituted for the shrimp.
