Mustard Barbecue Sauce
About 1-2/3 cups
1 cup cider vinegar
2/3 cup yellow mustard
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
