Sausage Onion Peppers Casserole:
Had Italian sausage and just did not know what to make, my sister was making Sausage & Peppers the long way, so I said "what the Heck", let me try this Easy and soooo soooo good
Ingredients:
2 - 3 lbs italian sausage (I used sweet)
1 large onion sliced thin
2-3 red peppers and green peppers sliced
(or I used for quick use, a bag of frozen pepper stir-fy mix)
2 cans of drained (8 oz) can mushrooms
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp Sazon seasoning (Yes Sazon-got try it)
1/4 cup dried sun dried tomatoes
salt & Pepper to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tbsp Any flavor of Italian salad dressing (I used roasted red pepper)
